50 years of winemaking
The Wine
Wine has always been made at Bonsalto, for the last 50 years. However, for a long time, it used to be sold “in bulk” to some local bottling companies. A small part was left aside for personal use. Drinking wine with your meals, in the family or with friends, is part of the way of life of all the people who live in this land.
But in 2021 we decided to get serious and started a project to get the best out of the area. An increase in awareness as well as in technique, with ever-growing enthusiasm and with the essential help of a few good friends. Such as Emiliano Falsini, an oenologist.
As “neighbours”, we have known Emiliano for years and we have enthusiastically watched over his professional career. Once we decided to take the big leap, the partnership just happened.
