Fattoria Bonsalto stands right in the heart of Tuscany: at Montespertoli, not far from Florence. Even if the area is not one of the region’s best-known, this is the home of vineyards, deeply rooted in local culture and in the people who live here.

However, the local bottling companies and big groups have slowed down the process that tended to identify the area with its wine, weakening the potentials and talent that are there for all to see. Luckily, things are a-changing, and the new generations are striving to make their wines stand out.
